As a Customer Service Representative placed, you will respond to customer telephone inquiries within a call center environment. Our client’s fast-paced, team-oriented environment is the perfect place to take your customer service career to the next level.

• CSR will take inbound calls and assist members, member representatives, agent brokers, providers, health plan employees, ship employees and clients.
• Research caller’s inquiries using internal knowledge database, client website, routes and escalation process to resolve concerns.
• Educate the caller of all necessary information and alternatives to promote one call resolution.

• HS diploma or GED
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Medical terminology is a plus
• Data entry and/or typing experience
