Processing Clerk

Description

We are seeking a Processing Clerk to join our team in Amarillo, TX. This role involves reviewing, verifying, and processing client documents and transactions while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and strong customer service standards.

• Review and process incoming paperwork and distribution transactions for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external clients to collect and verify required information.
• Maintain high attention to detail while handling financial and legal documents.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to research and resolve processing issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve efficiency and meet service standards.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other systems to track, update, and manage data.
• Prioritize and manage caseloads effectively to meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent written and verbal customer service support.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime when required.

• High school diploma with at least one year of business experience.
• One year of experience using Microsoft Excel.
• Prior experience in retirement services preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
