• Program CNC machines using Mastercam and/or Fusion 360
• Set up and operate the machines you program to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
• Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and efficiency
• Design and set up fixtures for new jobs, ensuring repeatability and precision
• Collaborate with production team to streamline workflow and reduce cycle times
• Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and tooling
• Apply creative problem‑solving and “outside‑the‑box” thinking to improve processes

• Experience with lathe and mill‑turn programming is a strong plus
• Solid understanding of G‑code and CNC machine operations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)
• Leadership qualities and a proactive mindset in a fast‑paced environment

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• Proficiency in Mastercam and/or Fusion 360
• Experience with 5‑axis milling operations
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
