Overview
Primary Purpose Ensure that all custodial equipment is in proper working order and in a condition of operating excellence, appearance and safety.

Qualifications- Education/Certification:
High school diploma or GED - Preferred College/technical Training In Related Field:
Valid Texas Driver's License - Special Knowledge/
Skills:
Ability to read and understand English;
Knowledge of major and minor repair techniques on custodial equipment;
Experience in washer and dryer repair;
Able to diagnose and repair equipment in the shop and field when necessary;
Good communications skills;
Effective ability to give instructions;
Must be well organized and self-motivated;
Strong knowledge of the hazards and safety precautions associated with the work;
Ability to teach/operate cleaning equipment and lift/heavy equipment;
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel - Experience:
Five years experience in a related field
Salary: AUX PG 6 / 261 days
Starting: $40,382
