Overview
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program provides speech therapy services to children birth to three years old in Brazoria County.
Responsibilities- Evaluate children for speech needs and assist in developing their Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Deliver hands-on therapy in natural environments, including home visits, and coach parents on developmental activities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and document progress, adhering to program and state requirements.
- Master’s degree
- Texas licensure
- ASHA certification
- Current CPR/First Aid
- Must be physically capable of performing home visits, lifting, and long driving periods, and work under strict deadlines.
- Full-time position with an annual salary of $80,000–$90,000, requiring flexibility and a valid driver’s license.
