This is an on-site full-time role based in Santa Fe, TX, for a Child Care Director. The Child Care Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with childcare regulations, and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities include managing staff, training team members, developing programs, coordinating with parents, and maintaining high-quality standards for the facility. The role also involves implementing health and safety measures and ensuring effective communication between staff and families.
Qualifications- Experience in Nursing and Critical Care Medicine
- Skills in Case Management and implementing processes
- Demonstrated ability in Training staff and maintaining compliance
- Background in Child Development or Early Childhood Education is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and childcare regulations
- Relevant certifications, such as First Aid and CPR, are highly desirable
