Master Automotive Technician​/Mechanic Weekends Off | League

As a Master Automotive Technician, you will be the problem-solver our guests rely on. Your positive attitude and commitment to excellence will shine as you:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, both domestic and foreign.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Assess vehicles and provide detailed recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate professionally with customers about their vehicle concerns.
• Complete wheel and tire replacements as needed.
• Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Utilize manufacturer-level diagnostic tools (provided by CBA).

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications (preferred) or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
• A commitment to long-term career development.

This role requires physical stamina and dexterity, including:

• Occasionally lifting and moving over 100 pounds.
• Working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigating tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Standing or walking for the majority of your workday.
• Driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently using a computer.

This position is at a Christian Brothers Automotive location that is independently owned and operated by a local licensed franchisee.
