POSITION OVERVIEW

As Aviation Maintenance Tech your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Perform routine and scheduled inspections of aircraft systems and components.
  • Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot aircraft systems, including engines, hydraulics, electrical, and avionics.
  • Repair and install structural and composite components as needed.
  • Diagnose mechanical and system malfunctions; replace or repair defective parts using proper tools and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all inspections, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with FAA and company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient aircraft servicing.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with FAA regulations at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Aviation Maintenance Tech who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Aviation Maintenance Tech would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

  • Mandatory: Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
  • Experience: 5 8 years preferred in aircraft maintenance.
  • Strong background in airframe, composites, and structural repairs.
  • Solid knowledge of aircraft systems and FAA requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail with commitment to safety and compliance.
  • Ability to work in hangar and airfield environments, sometimes in varying weather conditions.

We understand that even if you are a seasoned Aviation Maintenance Tech you may not have all the skills listed here.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Minimum Education: Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
Minimum Experience: [5-8] years of aircraft maintenance experience
