10-Day Supervisor - As a 10-Day Supervisor you will manage 10-Day personnel and operations, including moving, loading, and unloading trucks.

• Prioritize health and safety by adhering to policies and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Manage 10-day operations including moving, loading, and unloading of trucks.
• Manage inbound and outbound trailers at the 10-day facility.
• Schedule, plan, and direct employees in assigned tasks; coordinate processing of inbound and stored materials.
• Maintain an inventory of loading supplies for outbound trucks for customer pickups.
• Build loads around the NPS route system.
• Ensure proper placarding and labeling of all containers and trucks at the 10-day facility.
• Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and distributions of the 10-day tracking log.
• Ensure compliance at the 10-day facility and that employees follow safety policies and procedures.
• Support Field Services with waste stream approvals and scheduling projects with disposal.
• Participate in hiring, performance evaluations, counseling, and termination of employees.
• Review and submit time sheets for hourly employees and track vacation/personal time for 10-day personnel.
• Maintain responsibility for facility maintenance, including directing maintenance tasks and coordinating with outside contractors as needed.
• Obtain purchase orders for ordering and prepare shipping documents for customers.
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• 2+ years of environmental industry experience (required).
• 40 Hour HAZWOPER training completion (required).
