Job Requirements and DutiesYou must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle eligible for delivery. You should have strong navigation skills to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

GeneralJob Duties for All Store Team Members
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication Skills- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
- Oral communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
- Accurate and quick arithmetic; use of a calculator when needed.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Strong verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
- Proficiency in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
- Strong navigational skills for maps and designated delivery area.
- Navigation of adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.
- Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
- Store temperatures ranging from 36°F in the cooler to above 90°F in some areas.
- Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.
- Fumes from food odors.
- Exposure to cornmeal dust.
- Cramped quarters, including the walk‑in cooler.
- Hot surfaces/tools from ovens up to 500°F or higher.
- Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.
- Vehicle exposure during delivery, driving, and couponing.
- Proficiency in talking and hearing on the phone.
- Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
- Depth perception.
- Ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
- Far vision and night vision required for driving.

Additional InformationPhysical Requirements
- Standing: Most tasks are performed standing; surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum.
- Walking: Short distances, short durations. Delivery personnel travel between the store, vehicle, and customer location.
- Sitting: Paperwork normally completed at a desk or table.
- Lifting: Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 lbs) are loaded by hand truck; stacks up to 72” high.
- Carrying: Items such as 30‑lb pizza sauce, trays weighing ~12 lbs, and delivery bags.
- Pushing: Trays on dollies require up to 7.5 lbs force; can also be pulled.
- Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladders; delivery may involve navigating five or more flights.
- Stooping/Bending: Frequent forward bending at the pizza assembly station; duration ~30‑45 seconds per cycle.
- Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally required for stocking shelves and cleaning low areas.
- Reaching: Continuous reaching—up, down, forward; occasional above‑72” reach.
- Driving: Deliver pizzas within designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
- Equipment Use: Pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD, pizza cutter, and pizza peel.
