We are looking for a new employee as a Product Manager Restoratives.

• Develop and execute product strategies
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Education, and Manufacturing)
• Conduct market and competitive analysis
• Create business cases and financial models
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic partners
• Manage product budgets and resources
• Monitor product performance

• Education:
  
  BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5-7 years of product management experience
• Strategic Leadership:
  Ability to develop and execute product strategies, manage launches, and drive revenue growth
• Technical & Market Knowledge:
  Strong understanding of dental product technologies, market trends, and customer needs
• Analytical
  
  Skills:
  
  Data-driven decision-making with proficiency in analytics tools
• Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Project Management:
  Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple projects
• Budget Management:
  Experience in budgeting and sales forecasting
• Languages:
  
  Strong verbal and written communication in German and English
• Industry Experience (Preferred, Not Required):
  Dental manufacturing, medical devices, or related healthcare sectors; transferable skills considered
• Regulatory Knowledge (Preferred, Not Required):
  Familiarity with medical device regulatory standards and quality assurance processes
