• Proven experience in CRM & retention marketing (ideally D2C fashion, beauty, or lifestyle).
• Deep empathy for customers and strong copy instincts.
• Strong grasp of Klaviyo.
• Data awareness balanced with intuition and empathy.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, evolving brand environment.
• Grit, drive, and genuine love for making people happy.
