, managing multi‑platform social media strategies for agency clients across B2B and B2C

Initially, you’ll work independently
, owning delivery end‑to‑end. As the function grows, you’ll play a key role in shaping, hiring, and leading a social media team

• Build, own, and deliver the social media function within the agency
• Manage Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In for multiple clients
• Deliver B2B and B2C social media strategies and campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and accounts simultaneously
• Work closely with creative, paid media, and account management teams
• Plan, schedule, and report on social media activity
• Self‑manage workload, priorities, and deadlines
• Establish processes, standards, and best practices for social media delivery
• Prepare to hire, mentor, and lead a social media team as the function scales

• 6+ years’ experience in Social Media Management or Social Media Marketing
• Agency experience required
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects
• Strong background in B2B and B2C social media
• Hands‑on experience across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In
• Excellent project management and time management skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and owning outcomes
• Previous management or mentoring experience (or readiness to step into leadership)
