Your work will involve:
- Handling a range of disputes, including contractual, shareholder, partnership, and professional negligence matters
- Advising clients strategically through complex, high-value litigation
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence
- Conducting negotiations, mediations, and settlement discussions
- Supporting business development and client relationship management
- Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE with experience in commercial litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and confident advocacy skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Keen to contribute to business development and long-term firm growth
- Ambitious and motivated to progress to senior levels
