You’ll be part of a dynamic, multinational team within WRS
, supporting recruitment across the Offshore Marine sector
.

You will:

• Assist senior consultants in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for offshore and marine roles
• Conduct qualification calls and assess candidate suitability
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients
• Learn client relationship management and understand recruitment needs
• Use recruitment systems and databases to manage candidate pipelines
• Stay up to date with market trends and industry insights within the Offshore Marine industry
