OYEZ Arts: HR Role - Volunteer – Oyez Arts Limited

We are a new Charitable Community Benefit Society in Altrincham at the Town Hall, starting operations in September 2024. We need specific assistance with HR to ensure we fulfil all requirements for new employees.

• Mentor on all aspects of HR and identify weaknesses and omissions in our systems.
• Advise on managing the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, hiring, onboarding, payroll, training, performance management.
• Foster positive employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and shape a healthy company culture aligning people strategies with our organisational priorities.

• At least 3 years experience in HR.
• Personable, friendly, and a good fit with our organisation.
• Possibility of later becoming a volunteer director.
• Knowledge of creative organisations is a plus.
