Meet our amazing client:

I am a little girl looking for fun loving caring support staff to join my lovely team. I suffered a brain injury at birth. I am highly dependent, requiring full assistance with personal care and activities of daily living. I am Nil-By-Mouth and have a gastrostomy for all of my nutrition, medication and hydration needs. I have a permanent tracheostomy, which requires regular suctioning.

I also have epilepsy which is controlled.

I attend specialist education, and my support workers accompany me to school, and I get out in the community with my adapted vehicle, which I love. I live with my family in a rented accommodation in Cheshire, I will move to my forever home in the near future.

I will eventually live at two locations as my parents will have shared custody of me. You will be required to work from both sites. I have a 24-hour care package required at a ratio of 2:1 during the day and 1:1 wake carer at night, and I have 8 team members at the moment.
