We are a local care company, Home Instead (Altrincham, Sale & Wythenshawe), providing the highest quality care to people living in their own homes who wish to stay independent.

We are hiring Care Assistants for social care work, for mornings 8 am to 2:15 pm and evenings 4 pm to 10 pm. We are currently looking for evening Care Professionals to cover tea times and bed times from 4 pm or 5 pm until 10 pm and we do require alternate weekends.

A car is required to travel between clients across Sale, Altrincham, and Wythenshawe.

• Minimum 1‑hour visits with regular clients
• £14 per hr on weekdays – £15 per hr on weekends, recognising the essential role you play in our clients’ lives
• Sufficient time to travel between calls, ensuring you never feel rushed
• Paid training
• Paid DBS
• Paid mileage

All new Care Professionals undergo a paid induction of e‑learning and practical training, giving confidence to carry out the role as a professional caregiver. We offer ongoing support, recognition and the chance to make a difference to clients and their families.

• Provide dignified personal care
• Offer emotional support where needed
• Be a friendly and reliable presence that brightens the client’s day
• Support with medications
• Prepare meals
• Do laundry and general housework
• Assist with mobility and transport (take clients out)
