Our client is a fast‑growing alternative finance provider specialising in flexible business loans for small and medium‑sized enterprises across the UK.

They are now seeking a Graduate Sales Support Executive to join their expanding team in Altrincham. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven graduate who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and is keen to develop a long‑term career in financial services.

Role

As a Graduate Sales Support Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring a smooth process for SMEs applying for business loans.

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound client enquiries.
  • Support the sales team with loan applications, proposals, and documentation.
  • Manage customer records and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Liaise with underwriters and internal teams to progress applications.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
Qualifications
  • A recent graduate (any discipline considered, Economics/Finance/Business advantageous).
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and work well in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ambitious with the drive to progress into sales, account management, or credit in the future.
