Medical Records Coordinator —
Skilled nursing facility, part time
• 3 days per week, flexible scheduling available

Summary of position

Responsible and accountable for resident health care records. Maintains resident data and management of the Medical Records department as defined by State Nurse Practice Act. As appropriate, complies with JCAHO standards. The position will also include scheduling of Resident appointments and managing central supply.

• Formal education in Health Care related field (combination of job-specific work experience and classroom education)
• Minimum one-year experience
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft products

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field helpful
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Post-acute care or health care experience preferred
