Join O’Reilly Auto Parts as a Parts Specialist
. The role delivers high‑level service to both retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily operations.

• Follow and promote company customer‑service programs (Hi‑5, Low‑Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Greet walk‑in customers, assist product selection, and provide excellent phone service.
• Assist store managers and installer service specialists with professional customer needs.
• Complete assigned company training and maintain accurate cash‑drawer procedures (accept cash/check, make change, process credit cards).
• Process exchanges and returns, resolve customer complaints, and update daily image maker/planogram (freight receipt, stocking, cleaning).
• Prepare and ship merchandise returns, assist monthly stock adjustments, perform inventory cycle counts.
• Operate store test equipment after training and perform in‑store services (wiper installation, battery charging, vehicle trouble codes, headlight capsule replacement).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs dictate.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding, friendly, professional service.
• Multitask handling customers on the phone and in‑store simultaneously.

• Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
