• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests while completing daily tasks and assisting guests as needed.
• Assist guests to solve their needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Execute daily tasks to achieve goals aligned with business priorities, including receiving products, restocking shelves, organizing backroom, arranging merchandise, and putting up promotional signs for GM areas.
• Operate power equipment if certified to move merchandise or store fixtures.
• Execute processes such as price changes, merchandise setup and maintenance, and inventory accuracy as directed by leadership.
• Learn how operational procedures affect inventory management, store profitability, and product availability.
• Be knowledgeable about store resources, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivering pickup orders) while complying with applicable laws.
• Other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule with reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including roles like Drive-Up or carryout.
• Mobility for the duration of a shift; shift length may vary.
