• Explain and demonstrate how to use Wallet and other Target App features.
• Process returns following policy, coordinating with leaders as needed to resolve guest concerns.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience in accordance with policy.
• Provide easy and accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely at all times; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as order pickup and drive-up, and maintain compliance with applicable laws (including alcohol-related policies where relevant).
• Support cash office processes as needed, including cash systems management.
• All other duties based on business needs.
