Responsibilities
  • Credit and Collections:
    Positively impact growth and revenue through communication with customers and daily account collection.
  • Customer Service:
    Provide friendly, top‑notch experiences through “white glove” service with a servant’s heart in stores and homes.
  • Deliveries & Pickups:
    Safely load/unload and install products while following handling and transportation procedures.
  • Merchandising:
    Maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness with customers and coworkers in mind.
Minimum Requirements
  • 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Valid state driver's license and good driving record – you will be driving company vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
  • Great communication and customer service skills.
