Store Associate – Altoona, PA

We currently have an opportunity for a Store Associate in our Surplus City store in Altoona, PA. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing person to assist customers in the Fabric/Crafts Department.

• Greet customers as they enter the location.
• Answer customer questions, respond to customer requests and resolve customer issues.
• Complete accurate and efficient transactions.
• Perform inventory duties such as unloading, scanning and stocking products onto the shelves.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Prolonged period of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
• Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds.

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Successful completion of job training period.

• Mon - Thur., 8am - 6pm;
  Fri - 8am - 8pm;
  Sat, 8am - 5pm;
  Sunday, 10am - 5pm.
• Must be available to work weekends on a rotating basis.
