• Lead shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results.
• For Guest Service Department Manager:
  Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience, implement sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• For Kitchen Department Manager:
  Ensure quality food delivery, safety, cost control, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• For People Department Manager:
  Hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and recognize & motivate crew.
• Demonstrate positive team‑player attitude, flexible schedule, and passion for fast‑paced environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous managerial experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.

Full‑time position in Altoona, PA. Salary range: $49,500.00 – $75,184.00. Posted 2 days ago.
