• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania or a compact state
• At least 1 year of recent experience as a PCU RN or Step‑Down RN
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Deliver direct patient care to adults requiring intermediate level monitoring and specialized interventions
• Monitor vital signs, assess changes in patient condition, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform nursing procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and post‑discharge care
• Accurately document all nursing care provided in a timely manner
