Position: 1.0 full-time, day/evening shifts with rotation, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
Shifts:
7a-7p, 7a-3p, 11a-7p, 11a-11p, 3p-11p (40 hours/week)

Starting Pay: $21.53/hour (+ applicable LPN experience). Shift differential for evenings is $1.60.
Sign-On Bonus:
- $12,500 for nurses with 1+ years of experience
- $10,000 for nurses with less than 1 year of experience (including GPNs)
- Two-year work commitment required for bonus eligibility
UPMC Altoona's Emergency Department provides 24/7 comprehensive care for injuries, illnesses, and traumas. It is a 51-bed facility with 4 trauma bays, serving as a Level 2 trauma center. The team offers emergency treatments and access to a wide range of care, including the UPMC Stroke Telemedicine Program.
The LPN collaborates with the nursing team to provide direct patient care and related activities according to their education level. Responsibilities include environmental management, patient observation, medication administration, and assisting with procedures, ensuring safety and comfort, and responding effectively to emergencies.
