Our client is seeking a Machine Packer to join their team. As a Machine Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization’s goals.

• Job Title: Machine Packer
• Location: Williamsburg, PA
• Pay Range: $16.72/hr + shift premium $0.35/hr

• Load paper onto automatic hand‑fed or web envelope folding machines; pack finished products.
• Inspect the quality of envelopes, label cartons, and report variances to key personnel.
• Check current production orders/schedules to determine daily production requirements.
• Perform rework on finished products as needed; clean up the work area during and at the end of the shift.
• Other duties as assigned/required.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of relevant work experience in a production environment.
• Quality inspection skills and the ability to measure/read a ruler.
• Basic math, verbal/written communication, and computer skills.
• Mental alertness and the ability to keep up with high‑speed delivery output.
