PA Caregiver

Overview

Become an in-home caregiver with Comfort Keepers Keepers and join a compassionate team dedicated to providing personal care and companionship for older adults in Clearfield, Phillipsburg, Tyrone, Bellwood, and Altoona. You will allow seniors the comfort of receiving non-medical care in the familiarity of their own homes. In addition to helping older adults maintain their health and well-being, you will work to provide them with positive experiences that enhance the quality of their lives.

• Pay: $12.00 per hour Monday–Friday Non-weekend schedule
• Pay: $14.00 per hour Monday–Friday & alternating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

• Help older adults with daily tasks such as light housekeeping and organization
• Accompany seniors to the store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy
• Organize transportation
• Demonstrate genuine concern about helping others

• Must be 18 years old
• Personal and business references
• Valid driver s license, automobile insurance and registration
• Reliable vehicle
• Background check required
• Permission to submit to random drug and alcohol testing
• Must accept responsibility for learning and adhering to Comfort Keepers policies and procedures, function in the home setting with minimal direct supervision, and maintain satisfactory relationships with administrative staff, clients, and family members
