Adventureland Park - Warehouse Supervisor; Seasonal

Position: Adventure land Park - Warehouse Supervisor (Seasonal)

Adventure land, 3200 Adventure land drive, Altoona, IA 50009, United States of America
** Supervisory Duties:
** Become knowledgeable of performing the essential duties of all warehouse positions and backfill these positions when needed
** Departmental Duties:
** All other duties assigned by leadership

* Education and Experience:

** 2+ years of previousand/or supervisor experience preferred. warehouse experience Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English;
Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work until later hours of the evening, from open to close Ability to safely and efficiently operate motorized vehicles and equipment

Must possess exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to resolve questions, problems, issues, and concerns in a positive and professional manner

Ability to handle high-pressure situations, meet the demands of constant deadlines and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Must possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders

Ability to remain sedentary for periods of time, while using a computer

Ability to work in enclosed spaces and refrigerated areas Ability to withstand heat and humidity in the various food stands and restaurants Ability to use a step ladder in a safe and proper manner Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 50 pounds or more Ability to consistently use hands to grasp, control, move objects/tools

Ability to see details of objects that are more than a few feet away

This role will be based in both an office setting as well as many other indoor and outdoor park locations
