You will be the central point of contact for clients, guiding them through the entire visit from check‑in to check‑out and linking them with the medical team. Your role includes capturing notes, creating treatment plans, and coordinating all aspects of patient care to ensure a seamless experience.

• Contacting clients before appointments to set expectations, answer questions, and ensure they are prepared for their visit.
• Acting as a medical scribe in the exam room, capturing real‑time information from the veterinarian.
• Creating, presenting, and explaining treatment plans to clients in accordance with veterinary directions.
• Coordinating seamless care with the technical team, handling in‑room check‑outs, payments, and follow‑up scheduling.
• Educating clients on discharge instructions, prescription fulfillment, and addressing inquiries.
• Conducting post‑visit follow‑ups to check on pets’ well‑being and communicate any test results.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• A genuine love for animals and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• A friendly, personable, and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency in active listening, strong computer literacy, and accurate typing skills for medical transcription.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of (or eagerness to learn) veterinary medical terminology is preferred.
