Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Licensed Customer Service Representative located in Altoona, IA. The Licensed Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction and experience. Day‑to‑day tasks include handling customer calls, processing policy changes, addressing billing inquiries, and providing information about products and services. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and supporting the sales team.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Service, and Customer Support skills
- Sales skills and prior sales experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well in a team
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
- Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software
- Property & Casualty insurance license required
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in the insurance industry
