• A high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in property management.
• Recommended certifications such as CAM or ARM.
• Strong language, math, and reasoning skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
• Commitment to ongoing training in fair housing, section 42, and leasing.
