Overview
Annashae is seeking a Psychiatrist to provide services to a civil, inpatient mental health facility located directly in Alton.
Coverage weekdays, Monday to Friday. The schedule is a 37.5 hours per week 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Additional Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Documentation of reasons for medication changes.
- Monthly progress note on patients describing changes in mental status, behavior and psychoparmacotherapy
-documentation each day as to updates and changes on assigned patients. - Fitness Status (90 days)
- Progress during facility stay to justify transfer to less secure facility.
- Perform unit psychiatric evaluations within one week (when patient is transferred from another unit)
- Long Term Contracts
- Medical Malpractice Provided

- Experience working with psychiatric patients
