Are you a licensed Physical Therapist in IL looking for a unique opportunity to work a set schedule for inpatient and outpatient care? Alton Memorial Hospital has a full-time opening for you! Come work with a dynamic/multidisciplinary team and a caseload of orthopedics, neuro, and general medical outpatient.

• Primarily outpatient setting with only intermittent inpatients; full week rotation is included.
• Schedule:
  
  9:00–5:30 M–Th and 7:00–3:30 Friday currently.
• $2,500 sign-on bonus.
• New grads welcome.

It offers patients a variety of inpatient and outpatient services, including surgery, medical imaging, interventional and diagnostic heart services, cancer care, rehabilitation, 24‑hour emergency care, ambulance services and more.

Alton Memorial Hospital’s Rehabilitation Services is called 'The Human Motion Institute'. The Human Motion Institute’s rehabilitation team includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapist Assistants and Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Provides skilled physical therapy services to patients including all aspects of evaluation and treatment.

• Establishes treatment plan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs, expected discharge functional status and appropriate equipment and supplies.
• Educates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers; making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.
• Delegates to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication, determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient.
• Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.
• Provides assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Physical Therapy Services.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)
