Team Health is seeking a full-time emergency medicine (EM) physician or family medicine (FM) physician with EM experience to join our emergency department (ED) at Alton Memorial Hospital in Alton, Illinois. Alton Memorial Hospital is a JCAHO-accredited, full-service, acute-care hospital serving the River Bend area of southwestern Illinois, minutes away from St. Louis, Missouri.

* 29-bed emergency department

* 31,000 annual patient volume

* EPIC EMR

* 24-hour emergency center with the area's only hospital-based ambulance service

Position Details

* 28 hours/day physician coverage

* 32 hours/day APC coverage

* 1099 independent contractor

Competitive compensation with a base salary of $300/hour to $316/hour. This position will be independent contractor (1099) status and includes paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage.
