Promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with;
Effectively responds to supervisor's requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns;
Supervise the Guest Services Representatives when Marketing Coordinator is not available;
Run daily ticket and gift shop report in the MICROS system and balance cash drawer;
Develops and maintains contact list including mailing address, phone number and e-mail addresses for all premium players
