Customer Success Manager

Our client offers a comprehensive suite of supply‑chain and digitised automation solutions in the financial/fintech markets. They are seeking a Customer Success Manager – entry level – who can grow and nurture existing client relationships, drive revenue growth, and maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the market.

Customer Success Manager

• Competitive basic salary of £28k
• OTE/Commission, potentially raising total package to £38k

• Deliver on assigned revenue and profit margin targets
• Develop account plans and strategy for a defined group of existing customers
• Collaborate with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
• Manage relationships, represent client interests, propose solutions and cross‑sell services
• Build solution knowledge and keep abreast of marketplace, competitors, and client needs

• Degree level education preferable but not essential
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self‑motivated with strong desire to succeed
