Our client is a well-established, family-run domiciliary care provider based in Farnborough. Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in accordance with individual care plans.
- Assist with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
- Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
- Administer medication as directed (following appropriate training).
- Carry out light domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or circumstances to the care manager.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols.
- Essential - Genuine passion for caring for others.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred, but not essential).
- Desirable - Previous experience in a care or support role.
- Relevant care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care).
- Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control.
Various shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Both part-time and full-time positions considered.
Remuneration & BenefitsCompetitive hourly rate, dependent on experience and qualifications. Paid mileage.
