Our client is a well-established, family-run domiciliary care provider based in Farnborough. • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in accordance with individual care plans.
• Assist with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Support with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration.
• Administer medication as directed (following appropriate training).
• Carry out light domestic duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health or circumstances to the care manager.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.
• Promote independence, choice, and dignity at all times.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (preferred, but not essential).

• Desirable - Previous experience in a care or support role.
• Relevant care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care).
• Knowledge of safeguarding, health and safety, and infection control.

Various shifts available, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Both part-time and full-time positions considered.

Competitive hourly rate, dependent on experience and qualifications. Paid mileage.
