FP&A - Northern Region

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced FP&A professional to join our team supporting the Northern Region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, providing insightful analysis, and partnering closely with regional and country leadership to support business growth and operational excellence. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in financial planning and analysis within a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.

The candidate must be based in the United Kingdom or the Netherlands.

The person will report to the Regional Finance Director, with a dotted‑line reporting to the Group FP&A Director.

• Act as the preferred point of contact for the Regional General Manager and Country Managers regarding the analysis of business performance.
• Analyze trends, growth and profitability for resellers and vendors in the region.
• Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of KPIs for the region such as bookings, billings, and backlog.
• Conduct performance benchmarks across the region and propose improvement plans to management.
• Prepare bonus calculations for key management (Director‑level and above) together with the Regional HR Business Partner and Group FP&A.
• Analyze stock levels, aging and rotation, and support key stock negotiations with vendors.
• Analyze the FX exposure and effectiveness of the coverage.

• Support the country finance teams to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of the monthly financial closing process.
• Propose opportunities for process improvement and harmonization across the region in line with the Group project roadmap and priorities.
• Coordinate with Group FP&A and Group Consolidation teams regarding key accounting decisions.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Support the countries in implementing changes in management and financial accounting mandated by the Group.

• Support long‑term planning initiatives for the region.
• Lead the annual budget process for the region.
• Lead quarterly forecast and landing processes.
• Review FX reporting and forecasting of the countries.
• Review cash forecasting of the countries.

• Work with management and the Group Vendor Management teams to build financial investment plans for vendor development in the region.

• 7 to 10 years of work experience, including some experience in a corporate environment.
• Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (audit or transaction services) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Power
  
  BI is required; experience with Oracle Net Suite and One Stream is preferred.
• Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time within the region.
