Teaching Personnel is recruiting Cover Supervisors to start immediately in secondary schools across the Alton area. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Maintain a positive, calm and inclusive classroom environment
• Encourage students to remain engaged, focused and confident in their learning
• Support a school ethos that values wellbeing, creativity, independence and high expectations for every student

This role does not involve lesson planning or marking, making it ideal for graduates who want hands‑on classroom experience without the pressures of full teaching responsibilities.
