HB Leisure Ltd are looking for enthusiastic and people‑centric individuals to work as Customer Service Assistants (Arcade Host) at Alton Towers Resort.
As a Customer Service Assistant (Arcade Host), you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our guests, restocking prizes, handing out prizes and ensuring that they have as much fun as possible playing our games in the Arcade.
YourDuties & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide great customer service
- Manage and restock prize inventory
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the arcade and games
- Report any machine issues and needed repairs to management
- Support general arcade operations
