Buckle - - Responsibilities:
Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest.;
Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales goals set by Store Management.;
Lead by example with a high level of showmanship, excellent customer service, and attentiveness.;
Recruit, train, and develop Teammates to meet Buckle's accountability, shift orientation, loss prevention, and sales presentation standards.;
Maintain a positive, organized, and shoppable store environment and communicate policy violations and guest or teammate concerns to Store Manager/Leadership Team.
