Interplan is a commercial architectural and engineering firm with over 50 years of experience specializing in restaurant and retail design for large nationwide clients. With offices in Orlando and Chicago, our Orlando office is growing, and we are seeking a talented Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter to join our collaborative team.

The Architectural CAD / Revit Drafter supports project teams by producing accurate, well-organized construction documents that align with Interplan's drafting standards and project requirements. This role works closely with architects, project coordinators, and managers to ensure drawings are clear, consistent, and delivered on schedule.

What you'll be doing:
  • Set up sheets, models, and drawings in Revit and AutoCAD in accordance with project requirements
  • Ensure Interplan CAD and Revit standards, templates, and conventions are incorporated into all documents
  • Review completed work against markups prior to returning drawings for approval
  • Plot drawings and export digital files at appropriate scales and formats
  • Provide drafting and BIM production support to Project Coordinators, Architects, and Managers
  • Maintain organized project files, models, and documentation
  • Assist with model updates, detail development, and coordination across disciplines
  • Support additional drafting, modeling, and production tasks as needed
What you'll bring:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an architectural office, OR
    a construction drafting degree, OR current enrollment in a related technical program
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of CAD standards and conventions
  • Experience with Revit preferred
  • Retail and/or restaurant project experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
