Project Accountant
Salary: $75,000
Location: Orlando, FL | Fully Onsite
This Project Accountant role offers hands‑on ownership of construction accounting activities that directly impact active projects, cash flow, and operational success. The Project Accountant will work closely with project managers, leadership, and vendors in a well‑established, family‑owned construction environment where accounting is deeply integrated with operations.
What sets this Project Accountant opportunity apart is the visibility and accountability. Rather than a transactional back‑office role, the Project Accountant is involved throughout the full project lifecycle—from job setup through billing, draws, and close‑out. You’ll gain deep exposure to AIA billing, subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and WIP processes.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Accountant seeking long‑term stability, strong collaboration, and a role where their work directly supports live construction projects.
