Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with project managers to resolve billing, compliance, and documentation matters

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and commitments to ensure accurate job cost reporting

• Prepare and manage subcontractor pay applications, lien waivers, and draw documentation

• Assist with month-end close activities related to work-in-progress and project accounting

• Process owner and subcontractor draws, including AIA billing and required schedules

Required Background

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience

• Direct experience with AIA billing, lien waivers, and subcontractor draws

• 2–3 years of experience in construction or project accounting
