Salary: $130,000 - $250,000 per year

Growing Plaintiff Personal Injury Firm seeks a litigation associate to assist with various cases, including but not limited to motor vehicle, premises liability, and sexual assault. The position involves heavy law and motion practice, requiring excellent research and writing skills. Duties include drafting and responding to discovery, law and motion, taking and defending depositions, performing legal research, and managing all other litigation case management duties.

The qualified candidate must be highly organized, possess attention to detail, write well, advocate aggressively, and have a sincere interest in litigation. We are looking for a team player who is dedicated, with a positive personality and ambition to learn and succeed. We all work as a team and fight for a cause that we strongly believe in.

• Excellent research and writing skills
• 2+ years of experience working on civil litigation cases.
