Reyes Fleet Management is hiring immediately at our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling facility in Alsip, IL. Seeking a Fleet Diesel Mechanic to help with repairs and maintenance on trailer/tractor equipment.

Full‑Time 3rd Shift Sunday – Thursday 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Pay: $36.68 / HR
CDL incentive pay:
Additional $1.00 / hour with active CDL A license (Preferred but not required)

• Incentive pay eligibility: 0.25 per T Series ASE certification – Maximum $2.00 / hour

• Repair, maintenance, and overhaul of fleet diesel equipment; diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems
• Complete thorough documentation for work orders related to repairs and preventative maintenance using the online Asset Works system
• Operate a company vehicle to diagnose and repair equipment as part of roadside service calls
• Ensure that equipment has the required licensing and registration before being deemed "roadworthy"
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or Xata Net) and/or cameras (Drive Cam)
• Work in accordance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations to ensure safety
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds
• Must possess own tools (minimum tool requirement)
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record in compliance with Department of Transportation regulations to operate applicable company vehicles

• Technical School Certification
