Job Position

Description:

* Leads a team during restoration projects following water, fire, or other damage, ensuring quality work and customer satisfaction.

* Perform restoration tasks including water damage restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation.

* Go to job sites and perform selective demolition.

* Set, monitor, and move equipment needed for water extraction and drying of premises including reading and recording of data.

* Ensure proper cleanup and sanitation.

Responsibilities:

* Provide extraordinary service and unparalleled communication

* Respond to job sites as directed and perform all tasks in accordance with company and industry certified standards.

* Maintain and create accurate and detailed measurements, diagrams, photos, updates and other documentation, as required for each job, including data entry into systems

* Maintain a neat and orderly worksite and obey all safety rules and regulations in order to prevent work hazards

* Maintain work truck in a clean and organized fashion; ensuring it is stocked with the equipment and supplies necessary to perform all work required at designated job sites

* Assist other departments and technicians as needed.

* Being the first point of contact onsite.

* Inspect job sites for quality control, ensuring that all work meets company and industry standards.

* Assist with training and mentoring new technicians, contributing to team skill.

* Be available for on call emergency response and be the first on site for water or fire damage calls.

* Minimum years of experience 3-5 years in restoration.

Requirements:

* Valid driver's license

* Strong work ethic

* Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment

* Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs

* Ability to lift heavy objects as required

* Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools

* Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment

* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form

* Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
